Dear Ann,
I'm glad to receiving your letter,you have told me that you always to become ill.Now I want to tell you something about how to keep your body health.
Firstly,you'd better do some exercise every day,in the evening ,you can walk in the garden for half an hour after dinner,if you think it is a little boring ,you can also go shopping with your friends,in order to reach the aim of doing some exercise.Secondly,have balanced diet,having your breakfast at eight and please remember that breakfast is the most important meal ,you should eat some nutritious food ,then ,eating the most in lunch ,because it can provide the whole day energy ,in the evening ,you should eat a little ,and eating before six o'clock.Thirdly,have enough sleeping hours,have regular life,keep good mood
If you can follow what i tell you ,I believe you can have a very good body and live happier.I am looking forward to your letter.
