Hi Lily,
I'm very excited that you will come to visit my city! I've promised to pick you up at airport, but I feel very sorry to tell you that I can't arrived there on time.Because I have been scheduled an Enlish test by my Enlish teacher on the right time you'll arrive.
Could you please wait for a while in the Passenger Lounge before I arrive there?
It is my first time to meet you ,you know. I will dress in a red T-shirt with two yellow balloons in hand.
