当前,在企业集团的财务活动中,资金始终是一项值得高度重视的、高流动性的资产,在加强集团财务管控和预防风险方面,资金集中管理是一种有效的手段,也是企业集团财务管理的核心内容.企业集团只有抓住资金管理这个中心,加强集团资金的集中管理,疏通资金流转环节,才能够提高企业经济效益.因此如何加强资金的集中管理,提高资金的使用效益是每个企业集团所面临的重要课题.企业集团能否体现其整体效应和协同效应与资金管理的效率、方法休戚相关,本文将企业集团资金管理作为研究内容,希望能够为企业集团的有效管理提供有益的建议.
本文首先对资金、资金管理、企业集团的概念进行了界定,并对企业集团资金管理做出理论综述.接着本文提出企业集团资金管理模式包括组织模式和运行模式,并就这两部分分别展开详细论述,以期能够提出一套行之有效的企业集团资金管理模式.

Presently,monetary funds is a highly liqiud asset which is worthy of high-level attention in the financial activities of an enterprise group.In the aspect of strengthening the group's financial control and risk prevention,an effective measure is the centralized management of funds,which is also the core substance of an enterprise group's financial management.Only by focusing and strengthening this centralized management of funds,as well as smoothing all the links of cash flow,can the economic performance of the enterprise be enhanced.Therefore,the important issue confronting every enterprise group is how to intensify the centralized management of funds and improve the benefits of funds utilization.The efficiency and approach of funds management are closely related to whether or not an enterprise group can embody the group effect and the synergistic effect.The research of this paper is on funds management and hopefully,it can offer some beneficial suggestions for the effective management of the group.
Firstly,this paper defines funds,funds management and the concept of enterprise group; and presents a summary of the theory on the enterprise group's funds management.Then it puts forward the modes of funds management which comprise the organizing mode and the operation mode,and expounds these two modes in detail; so as to present an effectual funds management mode of enterprise group.
