现金流量管理指将现金流量作为管理的重心,围绕企业经营活动、投资活动和筹资活动构筑的管理体系,对当前或未来一定时期内现金流动在数量和时间安排方面所作的全面的预测与计划、执行与控制、信息传递与报告以及分析与评价.现金流量管理是企业财务管理的重要组成部分,顺畅的现金流是企业经营的有力保障,因此,要确保现金流量管理在企业财务管理中的核心地位.
本文首先对现金流量管理的一些理论问题进行研究,说明其对上市公司的重要性,进而分析浙江上市公司现金流量管理的现状.针对现状,找出浙江上市公司现金流量管理存在的问题,从而提出相应的对策与建议,构筑科学的现金流量管理体系.

Cash flow management refres to a managment system which uses the flow of money as its gravity and associates the enterprises' business activities, investing activities and financing activities. It makes comprehensive forecasting and planning,management and control,information transmission and reports,and analysis and evaluations for the current conditions or the future conditions in aspects of quantity and the scale of time. Cash flow management is a significant part of the enrerprises' financial management,a fluent and smooth cash flow is a strong guarantee for the enterprises' management.Therefore,we should make sure that the cash flow management is in the core position of the enterprises' financial management.
In this paper,we focus on the study of some theoratical problems associated with cash flow management to reveal its significance for listing corporations and then analyse the current conditions of cash flow management in the listing corporations in Zhejiang Province. In the light of their current conditions,we seek to find the problems within cash flow management in the listing corporations in Zhejiang Province,and then raise corresponding strategies and suggestions,hence to build a scentific system of cash flow management.
