Abstract
This paper presents aTSK fuzzy controller based
on a TSK fuzzy model consisting of TSK fuzzy rules
of which consequents are a state equation and have a
constant term.The pole plcaement proposed controller consists of
TSK fuzzy rules and guarantees the stability of the
closed loop system.The pole placement and the
integral control developed for Bnear control systems
are used for the TSK fuzzy controller.The behaviour
of the closed loop system controlled by the suggested
fuzzy controller is the same as the linear system of
which state transition matrix is the desired one.This
paper deals with both the continuous systems and the
discrete systems.
1.Introduetion

membership value of2i in the fuzzy set F:.A TSK
fuzzy model can be identified using the input-output
data[2].Therefore if a controller guaranteeing stability
is designed from a TSK fuzzy model of a nonlinear
system,a controller of the nonlinear svstem can be
systematically designed.On this issue.several studies
have been done[4].『6】.However,all of them concern
a special type Of TSK fuzzy model where a linear
equation in the consequent of a fuzzy rule does not
have a constant term.A TSK fuzzy model consisting
of these fuzzy rules can not represent a nonlinear
system with high accuracy.This Paper deals with a
TSK fuzzy rule of which consequent is all aft'me
equation having a constant term.The objective of this
paper is to design a controller based on a TSK fuzzy
model,which is a nonlinear controller and guarantees
the stability of the closed loop system.Since a TSK
fuzzy model is a nonlinear system made by combining
linear systems,this paper suggests using the methods
developed for linear controllers.such as the pole
placement and the integral contr01.The controller
suggested in this Paper consists Of TSK fuzzy rules
and the number of the rules is the same as that of
the model.The controller is called TSK fuzzy
controller.The premises of the TSK fuzzy controller
are the Sallle as those of the TSK fuzzy model and
the consequentS are linear controllers designed from
the consequents of the model.This Paper deals with
single input and single output systems for brevity.The
presented methods,however,can be extended to
multivariable systems.
