Nowadays we have done a survey about whether students have breakfast .The result is like the following .About half of the students don't have breakfast because they go to bed too late and they want to sleep late.Another reason is that their parents are too busy to prepare breakfast for them .And some girls don't have breakfast because they are afraid of being fat so they want to keep slim.But all these can cause bad effects.They may become not attentive in class ,which certainly make their grades fall.So having breakfast is very necessary ,which is beneficial to our creative thinking .
