再答： M: Hey Susie, are you okay? you don't look so well. W: I'm just a little sad, that's all. M: What's the proble? Why don't you tell me, and we can work this out together. W: It's nothing serious. M: Come on, tell me, I am your friend. W: Well, it's just that, I had a huge fight with Emma. M: Your best friend? W: Yeah M: What was it about? W: Okay, here's what happened. Two days ago, I agreed to go shopping with her the next day. But by that time, my study group suddently decided to have a urgent meeting about our presentation next week. M: The one for English literature? W: Yes. I was so excited, because I was to speak for our group, that I forgot totally about the shopping thing. And didn't call or text her to put it off. M: Oh, that must have gotten her really mad. 麻烦追问一下，字太多了，不能一次提交。

再答： W: Uh-hun, she was so mad that she wanted to brake off our friendship. M: I'm sure it'll all be fine when you apologise. W: I DID apologize! For the next day whole day, I tried everything to please her, to get her to forgive me. I made her her favorite chocolate cake, I promised that I'll go shopping with her soon, but she just refuse to accept my apology! And then, I got mad too. M: What? Why? W: Because, then I remenbered all the time she stood me up, and I forgave her, and now when she is the one waiting, she just ignores all my apologies, and wouldn't give me the chance to make it up to her.This is not fair. And so after I said what I thought, we had a huge fight. M: Well, I am sure that both of you still treasure each other, and that you both want to be friends again, other wise, you wouldn't have cared. And once you all cool off, you will all be the closest friends again. W: I guess so.
