What I Am Concerned About
The most important thing I am concerned about is health. Why I am concerned about it? Because whenever you do anything, everything is based on health. Without health you may fail many things. Just like me.
In my childhood, there were many illnesses happened to me. Fortunately, I’m stronger now. In that time I lived in fear, depression and even in despair. It took me a long time to cure those illnesses and conquer the darkness in my heart.
How can we improve our health? There are some tips: First, you should exercise three times a week at least and it should last for a half hour or even more. If you don’t have enough energy to do some strong exercise, walking is a good choice for you. Second, eat enough fruit and vegetable and drink lots of water. Remember, balance diet is important so don’t forget about meat and other food. Third, keep regular hours. It will let you have more power to start a new day. Following these tips will make you much healthier.
Although it’s kind of hard to make it a habit to follow those rules I mentioned in the beginning, it is important for you. Once you make it a rule, you can hardly change it. Hope everyone can keep healthy.
