Last summer I have visited Hainan island.During the holiday I have a good time.In Hainan the best interesting things is scuba diving.In the seabed the coral reefs were very beautiful!I like it very much,and I have taken many photos by my camera.And also the scenary of Hainan is beautiful,for example"the edge of the sky and the rim of the sea.（天涯海角）"is very famous and it means "Tianya Haijiao."
And there's even a deer park,in the park we can see many kinds of deer.The deer are very lovely,I like it very much.In conclusion,I was interested in my last vacation.

How to Protect Your Eyes
It is important for everyone to keep good eyesight.But do you know how to protect your eyesight?
First,don't keep your eyes working for a long time.You'd better have a rest by looking in the long distance after you have studied an hour or so.
Second,pay attention to the following:Don't read in the sun or in a poor light; don't read in bed or in a moving bus.And when you read you should keep the book away from your eyes for about a foot.
And third,do eye-exercises every day.It will also help you keep good eyesight.
The fouth,don't sleep too late,otherwise,the eyes will be too tired which is harmful.
If you obey the rules above,I think,you may prevent your eyesight from becoming short-sighted.

As we all know,TV set is a very necessary stuff in our daily life.I think we should watch TV.
There are many reasons.At first,everyone need to relax sometimes.By waching TV we can enjoy ourselves for a while.Secondly,we can get much useful information from some TV programs.Besides,watching TV is the most convenient way to get information and learn things.
If we can keep us from not watching cartoons or entertainments all times.And limit the time of watching TV.We will benefit from it.So,it is not bad for us to watch TV.

This year I have a happy spring featival with my family.
On New Year's Eve,all the family people get together to have a big dinner in the resturant.During the dinner we have a small talk and play some games.We say some good hope to each other.For example,keep good healthe,try your best to do everything,have a good mood in this year,happy everyday and so on.
Thanks to this spring festival,it make our family people get toghther.We enjoy ourselves and in the new year we all strive hard.
