Do you produce ultra-pure O-rings for semiconductor applications?
I am looking for size AS568-214 and AS568-458 O-rings in a compound equivalent to DuPont Kalrez 8002.A major manufacturer of semiconductor stripping and implant equipment is conducting a two part test to qualify a new O-ring compound to replace the Kalrez 8002.The motivation for the test is cost savings
The first part of the test will involve 24 hours of exposure to 100% plasma; the second part of the test will seek to measure particle contamination on the product.
If you offer a competitive compound(s) to Kalrez 8002,I will require a representative of your company here in America that I can communicate with directly,and 8-12 samples of each compound in size -214 to submit for testing (must receive by end of December).
