1 Tom is to go there next Monday.

will do-------往往强调到了时间事情就会发生：
Our bus will start in 10 minutes,at 3:00 o'clock.(只要在3:00,就会出发)
will be doing-----强调某件事情在将来某个特定时间就会发生
1 Our bus will be leaving for our destination at 3:00 for sure.
