这里have 作为“有”讲.而不是使令动词“让,使”.have做“让,使”讲时,后面宾语补足语的动词不定式的 to 要省略
比如：
I have Lucy sweep the floor.我让露西扫地.sweep前的to 要省略.
I have Tom tell the story.我让汤姆讲故事.tell 前的to 要省略.
get作为“让,使”讲时,和have 意义相同,但是不能省略to
