Perhaps one significant difference is that communication plays such a large part. Words that conver feelings have enormous effect.Before a real date we fix our hair and our clothes, whlie on the lnternet we polish our intellect, imagination and personality. Actually the sequence is reversed-first we show our inner beauty and only after it has won victory does the veil fall off the physical vehicle of that personality at the time of that first meeting in person.Many people say it is against the nature of love because cyber love deprives people of the sense of sight, facial expression and body language. On the other hand, there are thoes who favor internet relationship claiming that the emotional relationship that develops in such a way is superior to mere physical attraction.Whatever opinions may be on cyber love, it must be said that the power of lnternet has proved strong enough to bring together lovers who have few opportunities to meet in the real world bacause of distance or even financial barriers.Love comes easily on the lnternet, and goes away easily too. But that doesn't mean cyber dating and cyber love do not exist.
