With the quickened step of the modern life,many people are taking simple breakfast.Meanwhile,time is always limited and it is always hard for one to get home to cook in the noon,most people treat lunch as not so important.
According to advices given by famous doctors in books of health-maintenance,breakfast is the most important in one's three daily means.One of the commonly recommended saying is "king's breakfast,farmer's lunch and begger's supper",which vividly tell us how important breakfast is.
However,in my opinion,lunch is almost as important as breakfast.Because lunchtime is in the middle,and the recommended quantity of lunch is just larger than breakfast and supper,which means that what we mainly take in is from lunch.Lunch is also important for its function of transition.In my opinion,how much and what you should eat at lunch depend on the your feelings after breakfast and what you think you will incounter at supper time.If you had too much for breakfast,you can eat less for lunch; if too less for breakfast,add some bread in lunch,that's the key.
