Neither the execution of this Agreement,nor the disclosure of any Proprietary Information shall be construed as granting to the receiving Party either expressly or by implication,estoppel or otherwise,any right or licence under any intellectual property right now or hereafter owned or controlled by the Party providing the information,except to the extent necessary for the receiving Party to performing its role referred to in the Recital.
