我有一个习惯,我喜欢一边走路的时候一边听歌,听歌可以分散注意力,使我把注意力放在听音乐上,让走路更加放松.音乐能给我带来好心情,它能让我忘记不开心的事情,还可以让我有更好的状态面对生活.但是,一边走路的时候一边听音乐必须要把声音关小一些.因为走路的时候要注意自己的安全,这样的习惯会分散自己的注意力.
I have a habit,I like to walk at the same time when listening to music,music can be distracting,makes me focus on the listen to music,make walking more relaxed.Music can bring me good mood,it can make me forget the unhappy things,but also let me have a better condition to face the life.However,the side walk and listen to music have to turn the sound down some.Because walking time to pay attention to their own safety,this habit will distract yourself.
