本文从知识产权保护理论与国际贸易的关系为切入点,运用诸如文献研究法、系统分析法、比较研究法等多种分析方法分析了我国知识产权的现状及存在的问题,并结合国内外知识产权保护的典型案例从国家和企业的战略高度提出应对国际贸易中知识产权保护的对策.
