Universities expect scholars to become their International Ambassadors.

第一是要有很好的语言能力把,作为一个国际间的使者,担负着传达双方意思交流的任务,语言能力是必须的．
第二是对双方的文化都有大致的了解．这个文化包括本国的文化,校园文化,个专业文化等等,视情况而定．
第三是达到交流的目的所用的手段和要达到的效果．看自己的技术了．这里可以写上几点把．
第四是成功的成为国际间使者要在实践中不断的积累经验,发展交流的技术,达到一个理想的效果（这种口号是必须要滴!）
掰到这里应该差不多了,还有要加的自己也可以看情况加进去呀‘
