LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR EXCLUSIVE USE OF BRAND
Between Mr Schiavolin Christian,born in Padova on 26th of January 1976 and resident in via Marco Polo,12/2 Cadoneghe (PD),Italy,fiscal code no.SCHCRS76A26G224S,hereinafter referred to as “Grantor” and the company Shanghai NSB Machinery located in C4,No.8,Lane 449,North Nujiang Rd,Shanghai 200333,P.R.China,ID code no.***,hereinafter referred to as “Licensee”.
PREMISES 前提条件
a) the Grantor is the exclusive holder and owner of “SB Plastics Machinery” brand (hereinafter referred to as “The brand”),registered in Italy on 22nd of December 2006 with application nr.PD2006C001265 for the following products:
 machines and machine tools,motors (except for land vehicles) machine coupling and transmission components (except for land vehicles) in Class 7 and apparatus for heating,steam generating,drying,ventilating,dehumidifying in Class 11.
b) the Licensee asks to obtain license to use and exploitation of the Brand within the limits and conditions of the present contract
IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES AS FOLLOWS
1 OBJECT
1.1.The premises are an integral part of the present contract.
1.2 The Grantor grants to the Licensee the license for exclusive use of brand for the products listed in premise a) and limited to the territoty of P.R.China.
