In a typical high school,senior year is said to be one of the most joyful moments in life.It is not without its reasoning.You see,us seniors,we are the head of the school now.Nobody's older than us.We get to enjoy all the rights - even abuse some.In high school,there's a arbitrary hierarchy there.Freshmen are at the bottom of the pit,waiting for their chance to become a junior to finally pick on the new freshies.Juniors are a little bit better than freshmen.They get to enjoy picking on the little ones.Seniors however,we're the head of this school.We do just about anything.
With that said.I presume highlights of a typical senior would be late night partying.But as a senior i will go out of the ordinary.Granted,partying is one of the "highlights".One can take highlights differently.It can mean something that stands out,scintillates under the sun years and years after we graduate.Or it can mean important stuff in senior year.I'm going to go with the latter.Senior year no doubt is preparing for college.Loads and loads of test:midnight coffee,late night sleep and procrastination in all shape and form.
Senior year can be fun,but it's also really stressful.
