本篇论文是以作者所在饭店的实际经营情况,针对饭店业绿色意识的不足,资金、技术、政策措施的限制,理论研究尚不成熟等饭店绿色营销所存在的这些问题进行绿色营销分析,在进行实证分析的基础上提出了促进我国饭店业创建绿色饭店的对策和建议.饭店业实行绿色营销,要求树立绿色理念,争定绿色管理制度、开发绿色产品,提高饭店的绿色竞争力,从而实现我国饭店业经济效益持续增长.
