Last Saturday was my birthday,so I received many gifts,some gifts made me very happy but some not.
For instance,my mother sent me an expensive sweater though it was really ugly,it made me feel embarrassed.But I had to pretend that I liked it because I wanted to make my mother happy.I found it's hard to buy clothes or other personal things for
people.
About my grandparents,they bought me a toy car.It made me feel kind of angry because I didn't want it at all.But in there eyes,
maybe I'm still a little kid.
To make things easier,my father just gave me money.it made me think he was being lazy.I prefer to receive a gift that has some thought behind it,and my friend Dick just made it.He gave me a new pen.It looked
great and easy to use."I just need it!"I said,though it was really cheap.
Receiving gifts is a very difficult thing,do you agree?
