which/that等同于先行词the days,在定语从句中充当谓语动词spent的宾语.

另：楼主要记住：关系代词可以直接换成先行词,然后在定语从句中充当名词性成分,如主语/宾语等；
关系副词等同于“介词 + 关系代词/先行词”,在定语从句中充当时间/地点/原因状语.
