\x09新课改以来，小学英语口语教学发生了很大的变化，小学阶段英语教学要重视英语口语能力的培养，要激发小学生学习英语口语的兴趣。广大英语教师面临的一个共同课题是切实提高小学生的英语口语能力。随着社会的不断发展，人们才慢慢开始感觉到学习英语的重要性，英语也就越来越受到家长和学生的重视。小学低年级学生的英语学习对于学生而言，是他们学习英语的起点，很显然不可小看，而低年级学生的英语学习最重要的是他们的口语训练，在入门时能不能激发他们学习英语的兴趣，使学生能正确、流利地进行一些简单英语口语对话，对他们今后的英语学习起着十分重要的作用。小学教育是基础教育的起点，是培养和造就人才的关键阶段。小学阶段的教学应从儿童的听、说、读、写等四个方面入手来实施"兴趣教学"。全面提高学生的思想素质、科学文化素质、身体与心理素质。英语的"兴趣教学"是培养和锻炼学生听说能力的重要手段,是促进学生学习英语口语、形成良好习惯的重要环节，是巩固学生学习英语和提高英语质量的有效保证，是达到低年级英语教学目的的关键。

Abstract
Since the new curriculum,elementary school oral English teaching has undergone great changes,primary school English teaching should pay attention to oral English ability,to stimulate students interest in learning spoken English.The majority of English teachers face a common task is to effectively improve students English speaking ability.With the continuous development of society,people slowly began to feel the importance of learning English,English is more and more attention from parents and students.Low-grade primary school students in English language learning for students is that they start learning English,it is clear that can not be underestimated,while the low-grade students learning English is most important is their spoken language training,in the entry when they are not motivated to learn English interest,so that students can correct some simple English fluently spoken dialogue,learning English for their future play an important role.Basic education,primary education is the starting point is to develop and train qualified personnel in key stage.Teaching primary school children should be listening,speaking,reading,writing and other four-pronged approach to implement the "interest in teaching." Comprehensively improve the quality of students' thinking,scientific and cultural qualities,physical and psychological qualities.English's "interest in teaching" is to train and exercise an important means of listening and speaking ability of students is to promote student learning spoken English,an important part of the formation of good habits is to consolidate and improve their English students to learn English effectively to ensure quality is achieved with low-grade English the purpose of teaching the key.
