管理好的情况下.1年后,我厌倦了.厌倦了把自己辛苦从爸妈手里赚来的奖金用来看电影;厌倦了看那些没有意义的小说(还不如在一个洒满阳光午后泡杯茶,看那种飘满油墨香的纸质书呢,那多悠闲!),厌倦了打千篇一律游戏……这就是我的结网瘾经历.现在我基本上每个星期不会玩超过2个小时的电脑.而且我觉得,适当上网,对一个人的益处是很多的,比如丰富课外知识,练习打字,不会落伍……你看是吗?

也许你发已经发觉自己有网瘾,如果程度不深,也许我的办法有用,因为这是我用自己的经历悟出的:
① 不要说”这是最后一次”
这是很多人戒不了网瘾的原因之一,有了这一次,你肯定会想要第二次,第三次……你可以回忆一下自己已经许诺过多少个最后一次了.
② 心疼money
.玩家对于游戏的激情可能就在于可以获得现实世界没有的尊敬,而这尊敬,是花大把大把的money买装备,武器换来的.在者,那有真正的终生免费游戏呢?玩到一定程度后哪能不花钱?如果知道赚钱的辛苦肯定就舍不得拿”毛爷爷”换虚拟的东西啦
③ 约法三章
可以与父母约定:首先不能让学习下降;
其次要按时完成作业;
在者要在一定的时间周期内起来活动一下,不能老是坐在电脑前.
其余时间自己安排,父母不得干涉.
我想这样过一段时间后,你就不会对网络有所依赖了.
