英文打电话问对方用is thatJim..还是is this Jim...
就是电话接通第一句...可以这样问吗~
如果要确认对方是不是某个部门,如前台：用哪句
is this the front desk?
is that the front desk?

在与对方直接对话时用 Is this 开头才正确
Is that 起头的疑问句是用来问第三者的
再问：啊地道的问法到底是is this 还是is that啊为神马大家讲得不一样？。。。。。

再问：恩恩，最后追问一条： 1)I arrived.是不是语法错了？要说的话应是I just got off.（the plane or the busstation)? 2)为什么用at 不用in？ 3）如果是在酒店打电话给某个部门咨询服务，可以是Is this front desk吗？感谢了！！
再答： 1）arrive 没错只是在口语中不太这么说。 get off 只适用于交通工具，plane,train,bus 都行但不能用在 bus station。 2）gate 指得就只是那通道口，你无法“置身其中”所以不能用 in. 3) 加个冠词 the =〉Is this the front desk?
