随着知识经济时代的到来,知识型员工在企业发展中的作用变得越来越重要,他们所具备的科技知识与创新能力往往是企业之间关注与竞争的焦点。而在知识型员工的竞争背后是公司各项制度与体系的竞争。企业的绩效考核体系在保留、吸引和激励人才方面有着重要的作用。虽然管理者对知识型员工越来越重视,但企业在知识型员工的绩效考核体系的研究少之又少,现有的大部分绩效管理思想和考核方法与知识型员工的特点存在着一定的冲突,并不能直接应用于知识型员工的绩效管理与考核。因此,如果采用传统的绩效管理思想和考核体系,不但不能准确完整地反映出知识型员工的绩效,还会使得知识型员工对企业的管理能力和公平性产生怀疑,工作积极性与组织忠诚度下降,这对企业的平稳长久的发展将产生不利的影响。所以,非常有必要针对企业尤其是高新技术企业中的知识型员工绩效及其考核体系进行研究。

Although managers more attention to knowledge typeemployees more and, but research in enterprise knowledge workers performance appraisal system is few, most of the characteristics ofperformance management idea and appraisal method and the existing knowledge type employees have a conflict, and can not be directly applied to knowledge type employee performance management and appraisal.Therefore, if the traditional performance management and appraisal system, not only can not accurately reflect the performance of knowledge workers, but also makes the knowledge type staff of the enterprisemanagement ability and fairness of the doubt, decreased work enthusiasmand organizational loyalty, which is the development of enterprises a smooth for a long time will produce adverse effect. Therefore, it is necessary to study the enterprise especially for high-tech enterprises in the knowledge type employee performance and its evaluation system.
