本系统在开发过程中，注意使其符合学校的业务管理流程，并力求系统的全面性、通用性，使得系统不仅仅只适用于一家教育机构，也可在多家教育机构上得到应用。在开发方法的选择上，采用以生命周期法与原型法相结合的方法，遵循系统调查研究、系统分析、系统设计和系统实施四个主要阶段进行设计，在具体的设计上，主要采取原型法，随着用户的使用及对系统了解的不断加深，对某一部分或几部分进行更详细分析、设计。本论文主要从系统分析、系统设计、系统实施与使用等几个方面进行介绍。

Exploiting this system can lessen the pressure of staffs in the school and systematically, in the context, manage administrative and educational services and information. On the aspects of choosing the developing methods, the system is developed with life-cycle and modeling connection, being in accordance to the systematic research, analysis, design and implementation. On the actual designing step, it mainly utilizes the modeling connection. Along with the profound knowledge of understanding the system as more users are involved to it, it is necessary to analyze and design a part of parts of it in details. This article primarily starts with the analysis, design, implementation, utilization and other aspects of the system for introduction.
