为什么第一句用did,第二句has?第二句是不是也可以用does he?

第一句里,had nothing 是have nothing 的过去式,这里have是单纯的实义动词,“吃”的意思；所以后面的反问直接用助动词do（did）就可以了.
第二句,has made 是have +动词过去分词形式,这里have是构成完成式的结构,不是实义动词,后面的反问也就要用have+过去分词形式,补上省略的部分为has he made friends here?
