1.Will you come alone to China?Will you bring the relevant translator with you?Because of the oral English,I hope a professional translator could be here when we’re communicating in case any misunderstanding towards the cooperation details incurs.
2.Please submit a schedule in China to me so I can arrange our meeting.
3.I hope you can bring a professional Chinese version contract and some materials about your successful cooperation cases or some operation explanation materials of your company.
4.Sept.22 is China’s traditional Mid-Autumn Day (you can google on the internet).Our company will rest for three days.I’ll give you a prompt reply when I come back to the office after the festival.
