Welcome to Guangzhou China ,I hope you can have a nice journey in there and enjoy yourself .Now let me introduce you some habits of eating in south of China .
Firstly,in south of China ,people do not eat too much hot food ,so it is so different with Indians.In contrast ,sweet foods are our favorite .Therefore we will put suger in dishes ,that will make foods more delicious .
Secondly,pork is the most popular ingredient in our food .you will see a great number of food using pork ,for instance ,"Gongbaojiding" "Nongjiaxiaochaorou" etc.We also use different kinds of cook to make our food ,such as fry ,boil ,toast etc.I really hope you can like it all.
Finally,I will talk about how to eat that can make you more healthy .The most important thing is eating more vegetables ,because vegetables have more nutritions which we needed everyday .
