摘要:孩子从幼儿园到入小学,是人生道路上的第一个转折点.由于生活习惯上的骤变,以及科目的繁重,使许多小孩子在进入小学以后出现疲劳,消瘦,害怕学习的现象.如何让孩子从幼儿园顺利的过渡到小学,并能独立的面对小学生活呢?我觉得作为一名幼儿教师,尤其是正在带大班教师更有责任做好幼小衔接工作.例如可以先借鉴一些国外幼小衔接工作的有益经验.吸取优秀的幼教工作者想法和措施,结合当地的实习情况,寻找适合我们现阶段的幼小衔接的策略.我觉得在当今的社会中,幼小衔接这一问题是家长与老师都比较重视的问题,幼小衔接是指幼儿园与小学两个教育阶段平稳过渡的教育过程,也是幼儿在其发展过程中所面临的一个重大的转折期.家长应该为孩子顺利的向小学过度做好一切准备.幼儿园教育与小学教育是一个系统整体,既有连续性又有阶段性,幼儿从幼儿园进入小学是一个重要转折,是儿童主体对变化的外界环境重新适应的时期.它影响着儿童的学习、交往与生活.这一问题的重要性便意味着社会人群对此问题的关注度,因为它在当今社会备受关注.

How to make a smooth transition children from kindergarten to elementary school , elementary school and independent in the face of life? I think as a preschool teacher , especially with large classes are good young teachers more responsibility convergence work . For example you can first learn some foreign young convergence useful work experience . Early childhood educators learn best ideas and initiatives with local practice , the convergence strategy looking young for us at this stage . I think in today's society, young convergence problem is parents and teachers are more concerned about issues of convergence refers to the educational process of young nursery and primary education stage two smooth transition , but also facing children in their development process a major turning point. Parents should be smooth for the children over to the elementary school ready for anything .
