4.2 砌体、砂浆、砌体结构施工质量控制等级
1)砂浆:±0.000以下采用水泥砂浆砌筑、±0.000以上采用混合砂浆.
砂浆强度等级:四层及四层以下为M10,四层以上墙为M7.5,非承重墙(填充墙)为M5.0.
2)砌体:±0.000以下墙体采用MU10烧结煤矸石普通砖,±0.000以上墙体采用MU10烧结煤矸石多孔砖.

4.3 钢筋
4.3.1 强度

4.3.2 受力预埋件的锚筋及吊钩、吊环应采用HPB300、HRB335或HRB400级钢筋,严禁采用冷加工钢筋.吊环埋入混凝土的深度不应小于30d,并应焊接或绑扎在钢筋骨架上.
4.3.3 施工时应注意将不同类型和等级的钢筋分别存放,做好标记,不能混用,当需要以强度等级较高的钢筋替代原设计中纵向受力钢筋时,应按照钢筋受拉承载力设计值相等的原则换算,并应满足最小配筋率要求.
4.3.4 埋件钢板应采用Q235级或Q345级钢板.
