FSB is a German manufacturer of premium door and window hardware also active in China.Our success is founded both on a high-performing brand and on a dynamic sales team who support our market partners from specification to award of contract in the project business.As a means of intensifying our market operations we are looking for an Chief Representative | Business Development China to join us by 1 September 2007,earlier if possible,in Shanghai.You will have the sort of thorough-going knowledge that allows you to address a wide variety of constructional engineering requirements with a view to always offering just the right solution from our product portfolio.Your profile will be rounded off by a lively interest in architecture and ideally also cultural themes.You will be marked by a capacity for well-informed communication,moreover,that notably enables you to conduct talks with the big-name firms.Responsible to run our China Representation Office you should be able to lead the sales team and to get the project database up and running.
Additionally desirable for the job are good links with architects,developers,contractors and hardware distributors that can be harnessed for the purpose of securing tenders through focused networking as well as of making a success of project work by adopting a partnership-based approach to sales.

In the first instance,we are looking for an expatriate already resident in China or else a Chinese person who has acquired considerable experience with international firms.
He or she should be fluent in English,and a command of Mandarin/Cantonese and/or German would also be advantageous.
