Nowadays,the computer is rapidly growing in its popularity in education for its marvelous functions.It is so widely used in education and some people think teachers are not to play important role in the classroom,which has also aroused wide concern in public.In other words,the problem has become one of whether teachers or computers enjoy a vital role in education.
Although this question still needs time telling,I will probably always be astonished by the concept that computer will replace teacher in modern education.Above all,it is often the case that students can benefit from their teachers in many ways that cannot from computers.Teachers usually serve as the model for students,a role which can never be performed by computers.In addition,young students may be more likely to be distracted from study by the lure that comes along with computers.Therefore,teachers are superior to computers in cultivating students in this way.
As is so often pointed out,whats the significance is to make computers facilitate teachers job.It is wise to emphasize that the teacher should play the most critical role in fostering young people,however,let us not lose sight of the dramatic merits brought by computers.Teacher and computer will be mutual complementary rather than replacing in the modern education.Of course,they can bring out the best in each other.
现在电脑以其非凡的功能在教育中越来越受欢迎.电脑在教育中的应用是如此广泛,以致于有人认为教师在教学中将不再起重要作用,这也引起了社会大众广泛的关注.也就是说,问题已经转变成：在教育中,究竟是教师还是电脑起着关键作用.
尽管这个问题还需要时间来证明,但在现代教育中电脑将代替教师的概念一直使我惊奇不已.毕竟,经常在很多方面,学生能从教师那儿而不能从电脑中受益.教师常常作为学生的榜样,这种角色是电脑永远也扮演不了的.不仅如此,年轻学生更易受到来自电脑的诱惑而不能专注于学习.因此,就教育学生这一方面来讲,教师是优于电脑的.
正如经常指出的,更重要的意义在于使计算机促进教师的工作.在培养年轻人中教师应起最关键作用,注重这一点是明智的,不过,我们也不要忽视计算机带来的巨大好处.在现代教育中,教师和电脑是互补的,而不是相互替代的关系,这样才能使他们相得益彰.
