草莓布丁
材料:
鸡蛋2个 草莓80g 砂糖40g  牛奶50ml 淡奶油100ml 黄油适量
做法:
1)容器中加入鸡蛋和砂糖,用打蛋器搅打至砂糖融化,蛋液呈白色
2)加入牛奶和淡奶油拌匀(轻轻搅拌即可)
3)耐热盘中涂上一层黄油,铺上草莓,倒入2)
4)放入190℃烤箱烤20分钟
