或者当主句用现在完成时态时,从句用一般现在时态的动词.
2.可以用虚拟语气：
She asked me to inform her if I would go to Germany next time.
would在该虚拟语气中表示将来时态（过去将来时）

确实是只有问题才会被解决,人是主动去解决问题,但是要看形式上这个动词的主体是谁.

在这句话中主语是He没错,但是to be settled是作为一个后置定语修饰因此questions.意思是说,这个人身上有不少问题/毛病,而并不是这个人主动去解决他身上的问题.

在这句话中形式主语是problems,但是逻辑主语也就是实际上的主语是承后的“the manager”,这个句子中的manager是需要去解决他所面临的这些问题的.我刚才的理解是不对的.
