这封信总的来说还是不错的,主要是须注意英语表达往往没有那么直接,像教训孩子或中国学生似的.尤其是“Do you understand?”是很伤人的,很可能会造成反作用.可改写得婉转含蓄些,最好署名前还要加习惯的礼貌说法,且一般不自称自己的衔头.另外,从第三句起,开始有一些语法错误,请逐一比较,以后纠正.
