我国商业银行业务现状存在极大的问题,在经济全球化下,为了适应日益发展和变化的社会需求,就必须对其进行创新.本文首先对我国商业银行的业务创新进行了分析,就其与西方国家的差距,总结出三大特点：品种少、规模小、收益低.然后指出了经济全球化下商业银行业务创新的必要性.针对这些问题,根据我国商业银行现状,从资产业务、负债业务和中间业务三方面对银行业务创新的思路进行了分析,尤其是大力发展个人金融业务及投资银行业务.最后分别从商业银行业务创新发展的外部环境、建立符合我国现实国情的业务创新风险管理体系以及银行同业间的合作等方面来寻求商业银行业务创新的良性发展.
