这句里面soon是副词,那在这句中为什么放在句中?能不能放到句尾变为 he will bisit there soon?一般哪种常用一点?

soon 放在首尾都可以.
迪琼斯(Charles Dickens) 的《傲慢与偏见》会说:"She will soon be married." 但现在人或多会说 :"she is getting married soon."

be up to "要赶得上"的意思.而 "be" 则这句的动词
date 单独是日子的意思.但 "be up to date" 则是要赶得上时代的意思.
