摘要：由于各种原因,目前众多以柴胡为君药或主要成分的中药复方制剂的质量标准多以方中其他成分作为含量测定的指标,尚缺乏柴胡定量分析的依据.本研究尝试打破这一现状,建立复方制剂中柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d含量测定HPLC方法,并以二者之和作为“大柴胡颗粒”质量控制的定量指标.从而为“大柴胡颗粒”提供更为可靠的质量标准,也可为其他柴胡制剂更为有效的质量控制提供方法学参考.

Abstract: For various reasons, many to Bupleurum King and medicine or the main ingredient of traditional Chinese medicine quality standards as more use of prescription determination of other components of the index, is still the basis for the lack of quantitative analysis of Bupleurum. This study attempts to break the status quo, the establishment of compound preparations saikosaponin a, d saikosaponin HPLC method for determination, and the sum of the two as "Dachaihu particles" quantitative indicators of quality control. So as to "Dachaihu particles" provides more reliable quality standards, but also for other Chaihu more effective quality control methodologies for reference.
