Consider the setup of a gun aimed at a target located at the point A. At t = 0 the gun is fired at the same time the target is dropped from A. The bullet hits the target at a point P which is along the vertical line AB. Let the initial speed of the bullet be vo = 136 m/s and the angle between the vector ~v0 and the x-axis be θ = 53.4◦and AB = 97.6 m. The distance OB is the x-coordinate of the target. The acceleration of gravity is 9.8 m/s2 .Determine the height of BP. Answer in units of m.

AP=1/2gt^2
AP+BP=AB=97.6M

109.2t=97.6
t=97.6/109.2
BP=109.2t-1/2gt^2=97.6-3.9=93.7M
