设备的运输采用汽运的方式,我公司负责将设备运至甲方指定地点.
5.指导安装、调试
贵方根据我方提供的技术资料、检验标准、图纸及说明书进行安装、调试、试运及维修.整个安装、调试过程需在我方技术服务人员指导下进行.
安装开始前30天,双方各自任命一名现场代表处理合同履行过程中发生的问题;安装工作开始前20天,我方对安装方法和要求提供详细的书面说明;安装前我方技术人员讲解安装方法和要求;安装过程中,我方技术人员对安装工作给予技术指导和监督服务,并参加为满足保证指标和安全稳定运行所需合同设备安装质量的检验和测试;设备安装完毕后,双方代表进一步核实、确认安装工作,并共同签署安装完工证书;

一 现场服务人员资质
A.遵纪守法,遵守现场的各项规章和制度.
B.有较强的责任感事业心,按时到位.
C.了解合同设备的设计,熟悉其结构,有相同或相近机组的现场工作经验,能正确的进行现场指导.
D.身体健康,能适应现场工作的条件.
二 公司技术服务内容
A.供方有责任对合同设备的技术文件、图纸和手册的内容作为详尽解释,回答和解决需方技术人员提出的涉及合同设备的有关问题.
B.供方技术人员有责任参与对设备和零部件缺陷的处理,并和需方人员一起商定解决办法和措施.
C.供方有责任对主要设备部件的安装、调试进行质量检查和确认,并和需方人员一起商定解决办法和措施.
D.供方有责任按照需方技术人员的指导进行工作.由于供方技术人员指导失误而造成需方的损失由供方负责.如果需方没有按照供方技术人员的指导而造成的损失由需方负责.
E.安装调试前,供方现场服务人员向业主方及需方技术交底,讲解和示范将要进行的程序和方法.对重要工序(见下表),供方技术人员要对施工情况进行确认和签证,否则需方不能进行下道工序.经供方服务人员确认和签证的工序如因指导错误而发生问题,供方负全部责任.
