第二期项目我们已开始进行初步工作.
第二期合作项目的第一次拨款,因为意方发给我方的帐号有误,直到银行收到意方的更正帐号通知单以后,我们才于2007年7月18日收到了贵方的400欧元.
但我们对这笔款项的具体计算方式有些不够明白,想与贵方作一沟通.
1、按照双方签订的项目合作协议书的约定,项目实施期限为两年,意方为项目提供捐助款1000欧元（其中包括第一期项目未付款80欧元）,每年为总数的50%.在项目执行的每一个年度里,项目款又分两次拨付,首次为70%,第二次为30%.现意方第一年第一次拨款为400欧元,我们推算,贵方是否是这样计算的：（1000欧元 ― 80欧元）÷2×70% = 40欧元（现收到的是41欧元,基本接近）?
如果是这样,显然第一期项目应付款80欧元不包括在内.如果是这样,我们希望贵方能尽快拨付,我们好尽快结束一期项目的财务工作.
如果不是这样,请问贵方是依据什么方式计算拨付的?
2、电力公司代表团赴意大利签订第二期项目合作协议书,其活动所用费用,从贵方提供的财务预算表看,整个访意活动共计预算160欧元,请问其中贵方所付的费用是20欧元吗?我们在做这几笔帐目时发票请贵方附上.
