第二个问题是不知道这里面的as是个什么用法,as的用法太多了,一时间还搞不怎么清楚.

will be doing 是将来进行时,这里用将来时will watch也可以,但是,将来进行时更好,将来进行时表示“将来某个时刻正在进行的动作”
as这里的意思,我认为是“当……的时候”

游向英国,显然是在比喻.
